Awana Leadership Training

Awana Ministry Directors have one the most important jobs in the world, and it demands ongoing training and development. If you are an Awana Ministry Director who is passionate about learning and growing and have a desire to see your leadership skill set go to the next level, then this online Leadership series is just for you.

We will be using the Awana Ministry Director Manual as a guide for this 3-part training.  The entire training takes place in weekly 1 hour sessions, so you can participate from home. You'll have the opportunity to network with other new and experienced Awana Ministry Directors.
